“The Redlands Art Association (RAA) is a 501c3 organization that was founded in 1964 to encourage and support the visual arts in the City of Redlands and neighboring communities. It is an all-volunteer organization encouraging membership not only of artists, but people who appreciate and support the arts. We offer Classes and Programs to the public and encourage and support one of the largest Fine Arts Galleries in the Inland Empire open to the public free of charge.”

As your new President, I look forward to the upcoming year as one of continued growth and many great activities. We have made some important changes in this last year, including the major rewriting of our Bylaws, continuing implementation of our Strategic Plan, and installing the new computerized POS system.
With any change, there are growing pains. Thanks go out to all of you who have gladly and willingly taken on the challenges of change.
Susana Beck
Susana Beck will be the “Featured Artist” for the Redlands Art Association from March 21 through April 11, 2009. Her acrylic paintings, watercolors and jewelry will be on display at the Redlands Art Association Gallery located at 215 East State Street, Redlands. Susana’s subject matter includes landscapes, character study portraits, and, in large part, seascapes.
